PEACH BOURBON SMASH 🍑:⠀⠀
2 oz. OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey⠀⠀
.5 oz. Ginger Ale syrup from 3/4oz. tonic maison⠀
.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice ⠀⠀
1/2 White Peach ⠀⠀
Sparkling water ⠀⠀
Muddle the peach half with ginger ale syrup. Shake with Bourbon and lemon juice and double strain into an ice-filled glass (cubes or crushed ice). Top with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
