2 oz. OOLA Gin ⠀⠀
3/4 oz. Chamomile-honey syrup ⠀⠀
3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Prepare chamomile-honey syrup by steeping 2 chamomile tea bags in freshly boiled water; remove tea bags and stir in 1/2 cup of honey. Let syrup cool to room temperature. To make the cocktail combine gin, syrup, and lemon with ice in a cocktails shaker; shake vigorously and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
