LE PRINTEMPS:
1.5 oz. Rosemary Vodka
.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
.5 oz. Dry vermouth
A barspoon of Absinthe
A dash Scrappy's Lavender bitters

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
