Dia De Los Muertos

2 oz OOLA Chili Pepper Vodka ⠀⠀
2 oz Horchata*⠀⠀
3 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters⠀⠀
Serve with in lowball glass with large square ice cube. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and orange peel (on fruitsuper’s short Cocktail Stick)

1 cup Long Grain Rice⠀⠀
4 cups water⠀⠀
2 sticks cinnamon⠀⠀
1/2 cup Sugar ⠀⠀
Place 2 cups water, rice and cinnamon in blender. Blend until rice is broken into small pieces. Combine in bowl with 2 more cups water. Let soak at room temperature for 3-8 hours. Blend mixture again until smoothed. Strain through cheesecloth. Add sugar. Store in refrigerator.
