Check out OOLA Rosemary Vodka featured in SIP Northwest Magazine [Winter 2018] by Kathy Casey, celebrity chef and mixologist, in her “Shake, Sizzle & Stir” column. Kathy mixed up an herbalicious cocktail with our Tuscan Blue Rosemary-infused Vodka, the Rosemary & Vine Tonic:

2 oz. OOLA Rosemary Vodka

2 oz. Wine Tonic Syrup [recipe below]

1 oz. Soda Water

Fill an oversized wine glass half way full with ice. Measure in the vodka, Wine Tonic Syrup, and soda water. Garnish with rosemary and lime.

Wine Tonic Syrup (makes 12 ounces, enough for 6 cocktails):

1 cup Tonic water

1 cup Chardonnay

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Lime juice

2 teaspoons lime zest

Combine the tonic water and Chardonnay in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a quick boil and reduce by half, about 1 cup. Once reduced, remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes then stir in the honey, lime juice and zest. Store refrigerated for up to 7 days.

In June of 2015 we released the first whiskey in our Whiskey Discourse Series, Whiskey Discourse C. We only sold this whiskey for one weekend at the distillery—and it SOLD-OUT. We knew we had something special and had to make more!

Whiskey Discourse C takes our 93-point, gold medal (SF International Spirits Competition) Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey and finishes it for an additional 9 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels from a 100-point Washington Cabernet Sauvignon producer.
